A blessing of the bicycles service, set for 10 a.m. on July 21, will feature reflections from a nine-year veteran of the Pan Mass Challenge, and music by cellist Mark Fraser. An interfaith blessing of bicycles is set for 11 a.m. on the church lawn, for cyclists of all ages and abilities. The church is at 71 Old Main St.

Seamon has served the Sunderland church for the past 10 years and has served other regional UCC congregations for more than 30 years.
NORTHFIELD — The Rustic Ridge community invites all to join them at Trinitarian Congregational Church, 147 Main St., for their 18th annual celebration and worship service on Sunday, Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. Jonathan Hydenreich of Faith Lutheran Church in Andover will preach, and a combined community choir led by TCC Choir Director Heather Tower will provide choral music. All singers are invited to participate: Rehearsal is Friday, Aug. 2, at 5 p.m. at the church. Coordinating the service are Margaret Conner, Dave Powell and Heather Tower. A reception will follow.
SUNDERLAND — The 2019 Franklin County CROP Hunger Walk will hold a recruitment rally on Thursday, Aug. 15, at 6:02 p.m. at First Congregational Church of Sunderland, 91 South Main St. Coordinator Steve Damon says, “A first step in the voyage of eradicating worldwide hunger and poverty is having someone in your group become a recruiter, attending this recruitment rally, where all pertinent information will be distributed.
