As a taxpayer in Greenfield and a former business owner, I believe that the counsel should allow the voters in Greenfield to give their opinion on the Safe City Ordinance. This should be put on the November ballot and be voted on. The voters should be allowed to decide. Voters should contact their representative and let them know how they feel.
