NORTHFIELD — Concert band standards and show tunes will be on the program for A Natural Concert Band on Friday at 6 p.m. at the Stanley Wickey Pavilion by Town Hall.
The band is conducted by local music teacher Steve Damon, and most members are music teachers or professional musicians. Admission is free.
In the event of rain, the concert will move to the Trinitarian Congregational Church at 147 Main Street. A sign outside Town Hall will indicate if the concert moved.
WARWICK — Lunches hosted by the Council on Aging are held every Tuesday at noon at Town Hall.
Menus have been published through the end of July. The soonest lunch, on July 2, will include chunky tomato soup, grilled chicken picatta, wild rice pilaf, multigrain bread and diced pears.
Suggested donations are $3 for ages 60 and up, or $8 for people under 60. To reserve a seat, call Diana Tandy at 413-992-8474.
