Let’s not forget the true meaning of Memorial Day — day of remembering those men and women who gave their all while serving our country.
Please teach your young ones that the freedoms we have today are not “free.” They are not only a result of those we mourn today, but also the men and women who lived.
To all veterans, please march or ride in your city or town’s parade. And to others, please attend the Memorial Day ceremonies to pay respect to the fallen.
