Clisanto E. Nieves, 32, of Berry Court, Greenfield. Charged with larceny under $1,200. Defendant plead guilty and has been sentenced to 90 days in the Franklin County House of Correction.

Stephen P. Johnson, 65, of Athol Road, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and state highway traffic violation. Arraigned and held. Count 2 dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Count 3 defendant was found not responsible. Admission to sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until May 8, 2020 on Count 1.

Emanuel J. Robideau, 29, of Prospect Street, Athol. Charged with class B drug possession. Admission to sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until November 8, 2019. Defendant has been ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation and follow up care. He is to remain drug free with random screenings, not including marijuana.

Irene Messier, 23, of Green Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8.

Brooke Offin, 22, of Green Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8.

Marcos Benitez, 35, of Fox Street, Bronx, New York. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended and no inspection sticker. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for November 11.

Kevin R. Thibodeau, 25, of Central Street, Athol. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and reckless operation of motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8.

Ryan M. Wiltshire, 28, of Baldwinville Road, Winchendon. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and lights violation. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8.

Hannah Merdink, 30, of Madison Street, Warwick, Rhode Island. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing found the defendant not held, but the event was resolved. Counts 1 and 2 were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Count 3 the defendant was found not responsible.

Kurt E. Johnson, 57, of Orange. Charged with trespass and breaking and entering for misdemeanor. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 12.

Ryan W. Erickson, 26, of Greenwood Street, Gardner. Charged with trespass, disturbing the peace, defacing property and class E drug possession. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for July 12.

Jaime L. Frates, 48, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with shoplifting by asportation. Defendant plead guilty and was assessed a fine.

Rodney J. Cofske, Jr., 33, of Eagleville Road, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, Marked lanes violation and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 12.
