Courtney L. Zarish, 45, of Franklin Street, Buckland. Charges of larceny over $1,200 by single scheme, forgery of a check, and uttering a false check, in Colrain by State Police from Shelburne, with terms of release set as control of report of valid address to the public, with pretrial conference set as June 25.
Thomas M. Patnode, 20, listed as homeless, of Greenfield. Charge of miscellaneous municipal ordinance or bylaw violation, by Greenfield Police, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference is set at May 24. The counsel fee was waived.
Carlos Oyola, 34, of Plumtree Road, Sunderland. Charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, plead guilty, found guilty, sentenced o house of correction, direct, with credit. Charges of assault and battery on a 60 year old or disabled person with injury, intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, and serious bodily injury by assault and battery, were all three charges to be pleaded guilty and all three were found guilty, and sentenced to one-year, direct, with credit, and were concurrent in those three. Charges of attempt to commit a crime, and vandalizing property were both dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.
Jesse Rice, 40, of Haywood Street, Greenfield. Charge of violation of abuse prevention order, by Greenfield Police, with bail set at $100 cash, with pretrial conference for May 28.
