Charges of trafficking in 36 grams or more less than 100 grams cocaine, trafficking in more than 10 grams of Fantanyl, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class E drug, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, which was set for bail of $5,000, but which was then reduced in the Superior Court to $250 cash, with pretrial conference set for 5/1/19.
Michael S. Snyder, 46, of Meadow Lane, Ashfield. Charge of assault and battery, in Ashfield by State Police from Shelburne, guilty plea, found guilty, restitution of $750 was paid this day.

Charge of operating with a motor vehicle with license suspended, with a $50 court cost, and to be dismissed if court cost is paid by May 24, and dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charges of license not in possession, and no inspection sticker, and both found to be not responsible.

Culleen Ames, 21, of Wheeler Avenue, Orange. Charge of operating motor v vehicle with license suspended, in Montague, with the defendant placed on pretrial probation until Oct. 8, with no driving until the license is reinstated. The probation supervision fee was waived.
