Chantel L. Benz, 27, of Graves Street, South Deerfield. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with court costs of $50, and to be dismissed if court costs are paid.
Kyla A. Johnson, 22, of Cape Street, Ashfield. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 percent, in Ashfield by State Police from Shelburne, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found without a finding until March 27, 2020, with 210-days loss of license, or until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, and $250 OUI fee, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, plus victim witness assessment of $50, with the Driver Alcohol Education Program, and pay the fee, plus must write a letter of apology to the police officer involved. Charges of threat to commit a crime and leaving the scene of property damage continued without a finding until March 27, 2020. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee of $65 monthly must be paid as required.
Joseph A. Hubbard, 26, of Solar Circle Haydenville. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and operating a motor vehicle violation of license restriction, in Whately, with terms of release set for personal recognizance, and pretrial conference set at May 24.
Buck R. Mitchell, 27, Windward Drive, Brattleboro, Vt. Charge of resisting arrest, in Deerfield by State Police from Shelburne. Bail was set at $500 cash, or $5,000 surety with a term of release set at pretrial conference set at April 26. The counsel fee was waived.
Cullen Wozniak, 22, of Millers Falls, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, in Greenfield, with court cost of $25, and then dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.
Jeffrey P. Warren-Pukis, 54, of Bangs Street, Millers Falls. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Sunderland, with court cost of $50, to be dismissed if court costs are paid.
Ellis G. Dixson, 35, of Ashford Court, Hartford, Ct. Charges of larceny by check over $250, and forgery of a check, in Deerfield, both plead guilty, and both were found guilty. Sentenced to nine months in house of correction, with no credit; sentenced to Worcester County House of Correction. Charges of uttering a false check and larceny over $250 by single scheme dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. The counsel was waived.
Dwight McCullough, 54, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set for June 3.
