Dwight McCullough, 54, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, in Greenfield, guilty plea, found guilty, defendant was placed on probation until April 1, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50, with Certified Batterer’s Intervention Program, must attend and complete the batterer’s assessment fee waived. Charge of violation of abuse prevention order with assault and battery, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until April 1, 2020, with same condition as count one, and concurrent with count one. Charge of violation of abuse prevention order, with guilty plea, found guilty, defendant placed on probation until April 1, 2020, with same conditions as count one, and concurrent with count one. Counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee was changed to be four hours of community service per month.

Dwight McCullough, 54, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charges of violation of abuse prevention order, and malicious damage under $1,200, in Greenfield, pleaded guilty for both, and found guilty for both, and the defendants were placed on probation each until April 1, 2020, and with same conditions and concurrent with count one on docket 1841, and then the same conditions as count one, and concurrent with count one. The counsel fee was waived.

Victoria L. Feliciano, 27, Loring Street, Springfield. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield, with terms of release set at personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set at June 7.

Jacob Ires, 19, of Windham Hill Road, West Townshend, Vt. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 %, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until April 2, 2020, with 210-days loss of license, with OUI victims assessment of $50, and head injury assessment of $250, plus must take and complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program, or the Vermont equivalent program, and paragraph number 9, stricken for Vermont and New York. Charges of marked lanes violation, registration not in possession, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle lights violation, were found not responsible. Charge of a person under 21 possess liquor was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee, and must perform four hours of community service monthly in place of the probation supervision fee.
