Michelle Rivera, 48, of Armory Street, Greenfield. Two charges of assault and battery on police officers, with substance abuse evaluation and treatment as recommended, and defendant was placed on pretrial probation until March 27, 2020, and must write a letter of apology to both police officers. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
Pamela M. Hamberg, 54, of Prentice Avenue, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 percent, in Greenfield, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with the sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 27, 2020, with 45-day loss of license, and OUI with $250 fee, OUI victims assessment $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, and must have no alcohol, with screens, and must take and complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program, and the fee for the program. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Charge of failure to drive in the right lane, was found not responsible. The probation supervision fee of $65 monthly must be paid.
James Lackey, 39, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charge of breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in daytime for a felony, in Greenfield, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, found guilty, and the defendant placed on probation upon March 26, 2021, must attend and complete the drug court, must have no drugs, with screens, and must have no alcohol, with screens again. Charges of breaking and entering with a vehicle or boat in daytime for a felony, and two charges of larceny under $1,200, each, with the three were found guilty, and admission to sufficient facts were accepted, and the defendant placed on probation until March 26, 2021, and with all drugs and alcohol possessions and as in count one. The counsel fee was changed to 16 hours of community service.
Jonathan F. Hardy, 38, of McClelland Farm Road, Deerfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Northfield, with it to be dismissed if the court cost of $25 is paid. Charge of no inspection sticker found not responsible.
Juan D. Colon, 35, of Riverview Homes, Pittsfield. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, in Buckland, to be dismissed if the court cost of $50 is paid. Charges of unregistered motor vehicle, and no license in possession, both found not responsible.
Jacob A. Clark, 21, of Lilac Court, Greenfield. Charge of possession of Class B drug, with the term of release set for pretrial conference at May 9. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
Christy L. O’Brien, 34, of High Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on family and/or household member, with the terms of release set as personal recognizance, and pretrial conference is set for May 9. The counsel fee was waived.
Emily Barber, 42, of Davis Street, Greenfield. Charge of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Deerfield by State Police of Shelburne, with $50 court cost is to be dismissed if the court cost is paid. Charges of license not in possession, and speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, were both found not responsible.
Emily Barber, 42, of Davis Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, is to be dismissed if a $50 court cost is paid. Charge of an improper turn was found not responsible.

Charges of storage of improper firearms, possession of firearm in a felony, carrying without a license loaded firearm, carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card, marked lanes violation, registration not in possession, motor vehicle lights violation, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, unregistered motor vehicle, trafficking in 36 grams or more less than 100 grams of cocaine, trafficking in more than 10 grams of Fentanyl, possession a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class E drug, and conspiracy to violate a drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with the bail of $10,000 cash, or $100,000 surety, with a bind over hearing to be set May 1. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
