Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery of a police officer, subject was bailed on $250 cash, with conditions of no alcohol, with screens, and must report to probation once a week, with a pretrial conference is set at April 29. Lynnie Peterson, 27, of Washington Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, mayhem, attempted murder, armed assault to rob, and assault to maim, in Greenfield, and the defendant was inducted and arraigned in the Superior Court, by District Attorney David E. Sullivan.

Charge of larceny under $250 from a person of 60 plus or disabled, in Montague, with de fendant placed on probation until March 24, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $90, and must make $150 restitution, with substance abuse evaluation as directed, must have no drugs or alcohol with screens, must have no contact and must stay 100 yards away from a named person, and must stay away from J Street in Turners Falls, and when paying restitution is ordered top pay $12.50 a month, and if the $12.50 a month is paid, then probation supervision fee should be filed at $52.50 per month.
Alexander Petroulas, 33, of Avenue A, Turners Falls. Charge of breaking and entering for misdemeanor, in Montague, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, and sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until March 24, 2020 with same conditions as listed in the previous case. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
Alexander Petroulas, 33, of Avenue A, Turners Falls. Charges of possession burglarious instrument, vandalizing property and larceny from a building, in Montague, and all charges were dismissed, at request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.
Ryan Spath, 22, of Fay Martin Road, Winchester, N.H. Charges of marked lanes violation, left lane restriction violation, license not in possession, speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, and trafficking in 18 grams, or more, or less then 36 grams of cocaine, bail set as of $3,500 cash, and has already posted, a pretrial conference has been set as May 9.
