Michael J. Williams, 55, of Leyden Road, Greenfield. Charge of possession of a Class B drug, with a plea of guilty, and found guilty, with the victim witness assessment of $50, and the defendant was then placed on probation until Feb. 27, 2020, and with no drugs, subject to screens. Charge of possession of a Class A drug, with a plea of guilty, and found guilty, with the defendant placed on probation until Feb. 27, 2020, and with same conditions as in count one. Charge of possession to distribute Class E drug, was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
Michael A. Perry, 35, of Armory Street, Greenfield. Charged with subsequent offense- operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and failure to dim headlights. Pretrial hearing found defendant placed on probation until Aug. 2.
Rebecca K. Hearne, 37, of Exchange Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a child under 14. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing found defendant place on probation until March 13, 2020, with special conditions to stay drug and alcohol free with screenings, undergo mental health and substance abuse evaluation and treatment as recommended.
Billy J. Cote, 42, of Cottage Street, Athol. Charged with possession to distribute class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. Arraigned and held, $2,000 cash bail set. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 8.
Panda G. Lacroix, 31, of Westmore Road, Island Pond, Vt. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, found responsible, with fine of $100 assessment, and then was decriminalized. Charges of registration not in possession, and unregistered motor vehicle, with both not responsible. Charge of possession to distribute Class B drug, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 17, with victim witness assessment of $90. Charge of possession of Class A drug, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 17, 2020, and concurrent as same conditions as count four. Charge of conspiracy to violate the drug law was dismissed at request of the commonwealth.
The counsel fee was waived, but the probation supervision fee of $65-monthly was ordered.
Jessica Giard, 27, of Elm St., Shelburne Falls. Charge of distributing Class B drug, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 17, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $90 set, and must complete evaluation, must have no drugs, with subject to screens, must have mental health evaluation as directed, and must continue with the Clean Slate program. Charges of conspiracy to violate the drug law, and of distributing a Class A drug, were both were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee. The probation supervision fee of $65 monthly will be waived while in compliance with the treatment program.
Kathleen M. Hamel, 57, of Dana Road, Orange. Charged with assault and battery. Admission to sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 13 with special conditions to stay 20 yards away from victim and have no contact.
Anna Ford, 58, of Main Street, Orange. Charged with larceny under $1200. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 6.
Anastasia King, 21, of Route 100, West Dover, Vt. Charges of possession of a Class A drug, and possession of a Class B drug, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with bail set at $500 already posted, with a pretrial conference set at April 29.
Caitlin M. Williams, 24, of South Village Road, Westmoreland, N.H. Charges of marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a Class C drug, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with a $500 bail already posted, and with a pretrial conference set at April 29. Must pay $150 counsel fee.
Norman T. Plausky, 48, of Water St., Greenfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, possession of a Class A drug, and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, with terms of release set at personal recognizance set at May 2.
Rondale Mapp, 33, of Weatherfield Avenue, Hartford, Conn. Charge of possession of a Class A drug, with a $500 bail, already posted, with a pretrial conference set at April 5. The counsel fee was waived,
Robert L. Gagnon, 23, of Glazier Road, Barre. Charged with violating an abuse prevention order. First appearance at trial found sufficient facts, but case has been continued without a finding until April 16.
Kevin P. Berlied, 48, of Burt Hill Drive, Winchester, N.H. Charged with OUI-second offense and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing, defendant plead guilty to count 1 and was found not responsible for count 2. Sentenced to two years in the Franklin County House of Correction that was suspended and the defendant is on probation until March 15, 2021.
Marc W. Jolly, 22, of Willow Street, Fitchburg. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, violating and abuse prevention order and speeding in violation special regulation. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 6.
Jan Maienfisch, 31, of Hamilton Avenue, Orange. Charged with credit card larceny and larceny under $1200. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 7.
