Diabetes workshop: The Bernardston Council on Aging will present an educational workshop “Diabetes Prevention and Management” with Amber Letourneau from the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts on March 20, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Learn about diabetes basics, reading food labels, managing blood sugar levels, identifying foods with carbohydrates in them.
