Patricia Murray, 35, of Kennebunk Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. Arraigned and held. First two charges were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Last charge defendant was found not responsible.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 33, of Green Street, Athol. Charged with three counts of receipt of a stolen credit card and improper use under $1200 of a credit card. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 2.

Jordan J. Barber, 28, of Tully Road, Orange. Charged with possession of class A drug. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 1.

Robert C. Mackenzie, 29, of Hapgood Street, Athol. Charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Arraigned and held. First count dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Second count, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until April 2.

NataliaM. Rivera, 27, of Chestnut Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit. Pretrial hearing found the first count dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Count two defendant was found responsible and was assessed $105 fine.

KristalM. West, 25, of Laurel Street, Athol. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and class A drug possession. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance with special conditions to stay drug free and undergo screenings. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for March 11.

Alex C. Leacock, 52, of Oxford Avenue, Belmont. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Arraigned and held, plead guilty. Assessed a $300 fine.

Pamela E. Diemand, 48, of Mormon Hollow Road, Wendell. Charged with violation of abuse prevention order. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance with special conditions to stay drug free and wear a SCRAM unit. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 26.

Stanley R. Woodbury, 30, of Grove Street, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 26.

Judge Laurie MacLeodOrange, March 1

Thomas S. Racine, 19, of Waterford Street, Gardner. Plead guilty to possession to distribute class D drug. $500 fine assessed. Payment suspended until May 22.

Tammie J. Margotta, 50, of Locks Pond Road, Shutesbury. Charged with leaving the scene of property damage to be dismissed on payment of $250 restitution May 31 if paid by March 4.

DevinM. Hurlburt, 27, of Holtshire Road, Orange. Charged with number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as HTO. Arraigned and held, plead guilty on counts 1, 2 & 4. Placed on probation until Feb. 28, 2020. Defendant found not responsible for count 3.

Baron P. Spencer, 37, of Sanders Street, Athol. Charged with larceny under $1200 by false pretense and receiving stolen property less than $1200. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 5.

Michelle L. Poirier, 34, of South Shore Drive, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor, marked lanes violation, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 26.

Sean P. Boyle, 29, of Federal Street, Millers Falls. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with (criminal) license revoked as HTO, using motor vehicle without authority and misuse of handicap parking plate/placard. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 12.
