Carole G. Forsman, 62, of East County Road, Rutland. Charge of crosswalk violation, in Greenfield, found responsible, and fined $200 assessment, when paid this day. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, was dismissed at request of the state.

Carlos R. Andino, 52, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of violation of an abuse prevention order, with the term of release is set as personal recognizance, with a pretrial conference is set as March 16.

Laura L. Holden, 43, of Main Street, Easthampton. Charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage, in Greenfield, with the terms of release set with the pretrial of April 2.

Branden L. Stebbins, 27, of Huckle Hill Road, Bernardston. Charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with dangerous weapon, strangulation or suffocation, vandalizing property, intimidating a witness or juror or police or court official, and with two charges of threatening to commit a crime, in Greenfield, ordered held, with the pretrial conference to be at March 28.

Orlando Soto, 20, of Glen Street, Dorchester. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Gill, was dismissed if court cost of $50 was paid by April 19, and was dismissed at the request of the state. Charge of motor vehicle lights violation was found not responsible.

Robert C. Brunette, 29, of Montague City Road, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery on family or household member, strangulation or suffocation, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault with dangerous weapon, with the defendant was ordered held, and the pretrial conference is set for April 3. The counsel fee was waived.

Bryce Ribken, 30, of Elmwood Terrace, Elmwood Park, N. J. Found responsible for speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Deerfield by State Police from Shelburne, fined $110 assessment if paid this day. Charge of operation with a motor vehicle with license suspended, dismissed upon request of the state.

Jamal C. Walker, 43, of Densmore Drive, Essex Junction, Vt. Charge of guilty plea, found guilty, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, fined $100 assessment if paid by June 4. Charge of guilty plead, found guilty, and fined $100 assessment for being a motor vehicle operator refusing to identify his self. Charge of marked lanes violation, found not responsible.

Trisha M. Pecor, 25, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $1,200, and restitution of $40 was paid, and defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Sept. 4. Counsel fee, and probation supervision fee were both waived.

Franky Cuevas-Figueroa, 25, of Coleman Street, Springfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, and $50 cost was set, and dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Charge of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation was found not responsible.

Shelby L. Pike, 23, of Wisdom Way, Greenfield. Charge of operation a motor vehicle with the registration suspended, in Montague, to be dismissed if the court cost of $50 is paid. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Jazmyn Brewington, 23, of Pray Drive, of Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on family or household member, and vandalizing property, with terms of personal recognizance, and must stay away from and no contact with a named person, with the pretrial conference set for April 30.

Durly Bartolon, 20 of L Street, Turners Falls. Charges of number plate violation, and operating as motor vehicle with license suspended, substance offence, as term of release was set for personal recognizance, with the pretrial conference set at April 30. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Jacqueline S. Howard, 72, of Place Terrace, Greenfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle, were not prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Joseph Webber.
