NEW SALEM — Members of the public are no longer allowed to go into the Transfer Station at 20 Blueberry Hill Road 10 minutes before close.
The Board of Health released the following statement:
“Please arrive 10 minutes before the close of the Transfer Station to allow attendants sufficient time to assist you and close for the day. This means arriving before 5:50 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 3:50 p.m. on Saturdays. The Transfer Station attendant will no longer allow members of the public to enter the facility after these times. Thank you for your cooperation.”
