I have known Francia Wisnewski for more than a decade, and I am endlessly inspired by her. She is relentlessly positive, energetic and forward moving.
I have heard Francia speak and I have watched her listen. Both of these attributes are important for the person who represents the 1st Franklin District on Beacon Hill.
Francia speaks from her heart, is informed by her experience and listens with meticulous attention and extracts minute, yet important information. I want Francia Wisnewski to represent me in Boston; I want her to represent this complex 1st Franklin District.
Francia has served on the Greenfield school board to ensure that strong education is available throughout Greenfield. With her husband she has raised two boys to their teenage years and educated them in public schools, and has helped to run a successful small business.
In her professional life, she has worked tirelessly with vulnerable families, implementing programs to promote their success in reading and education.
Francia is compassionate, creative and courageous. She will speak truth as the representative in the 1st Franklin District, not accept the preapproved method of solving a problem. She knows this district better than anyone else in the race. And she will serve it well.
In today’s world of borders being closed and families fractured, let’s take this opportunity to send a strong, powerful Latina woman to be our representative in the 1st Franklin District. Francia can be the first woman and the first Latina to represent our district. I want my voice heard in Boston. I trust Francia to speak for me and all the people of this wonderful region.
