Sue O’Connor fired a low gross of 42, giving her the victory in the Patty Berg Flight of the Country Club of Greenfield’s Monday Night Ladies League.
Tilly Clark was the runner-up in the top flight, posting a score of 46.
Margo Worden won a match of cards to snag low gross honors in the Nancy Lopez Flight with a 43. Jane Smith also shot 43 on Monday and wound up second overall.
Behind a 47, Dawn Bete captured the Annika Sorenstam Flight. She edged TC Emerson, who was the runner-up with a round of 50.
Anne Lyman won the Lorena Ochoa Flight with a low gross of 48, holding off Elaine Mount, who shot 50 and finished second.
Irene McDonald scored a one-shot victory in the Juli Inkster Flight, where her 57 was one stroke better than runner-up Faith Griffiths (58).
Rounding out the winners was Donna Mowry in the Paula Creamer Flight. Mowry shot 54, and Susan Parker was next with a round of 56.
DRIVE finals
Jake Ross poured in 34 points and Cam Earle added 16, as the Springfield College tandem that helped lead the Pride to the NCAA Division III Final Four this past winter lifted Team DRIVE to a 92-48 win over Team No Name in the A Division championship game of the DRIVE Men’s League Sunday at Greenfield High School.
Adam Hargraves led Team No Name with 14 points in the loss.
In the B Division final, Dylan DiGeorge dropped 48 points to help VT Hoops to a 96-82 win over Bruso Computer Solutions.
Steve Cooley’s 34 points were tops for Bruso, which received 20 points from Colin Benedict.
Mixed Doubles Tournament
The Greenfield Tennis Association (GTA) Mixed Doubles tennis tournament has been rescheduled to Sept. 15 at the Beacon Field courts.
The event begins at 9:30 a.m. Entry fee is $10 per team and an unopened can of tennis balls. All fees go toward court maintenance and equipment. If you’d like to play, please notify the GTA at:

GHS field hockey car wash
The Greenfield High School field hockey team is holding a car wash Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Shell Station on the Mohawk Trail in Greenfield.
Donations are welcomed, and the money will go toward supporting the GHS field hockey program.
FC Babe Ruth sign-ups
The Franklin County Babe Ruth League is again holding sign-ups for fall baseball. Players ages 12-14 are eligible to play, as the league is an excellent program for young players being introduced to a 90-foot diamond and a head start for players entering middle school baseball next spring.

Registration is underway for the 24th Annual Don Maynard 5-Mile Road Race.
