Absentee ballots for primary

GREENFIELD — Absentee ballots are available for the state primary election to be held Sept. 4. Voters are reminded that the last day to apply for an absentee ballot for this election is 5 p.m. on Aug. 31.

Voters may vote at the Town Clerk’s Office until that date and time or may request an absentee ballot by mail. Requests for absentee ballots should be submitted well in advance of the election.

Voter registration deadline

GREENFIELD — The Greenfield Town Clerk’s Office advises residents that the last day to register to vote in the Sept. 4 primary or to change their address will be Aug. 15. The Town Clerk’s Office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on that date.
