MONTAGUE — With the Fourth of July holiday falling on Wednesday, the Department of Public Works wants to alert residents to the changes for trash and recycling collection for the week.
Today, Tuesday, there is no change. Those residents who normally get their garbage and recycling picked up on Wednesday will get it collected on Thursday. Thursday’s collection will take place Friday and Friday’s will be Saturday.
The recycling center on Sandy Lane in Turners Falls will be closed on Wednesday.
