Dear Pioneer Valley Regional School Committee and residents: After reading about the budget cut proposals, I am saddened to hear that my former elementary school could be closed.
The Recorder recently highlighted what else could happen to my school and others in the district. Cutting all sports, getting rid of multiple teachers, and losing many extracurricular activities, among many, many more. So, I ask you all to try to find alternate budget cuts, and not hurt our school. If all these proposals are passed, it will be very hard to keep many of the students at Pioneer Valley Regional School District.
