I would like to commend state Rep. Paul Mark and his constituent services staff person, Paige Dolinski, for helping me resolve a frustrating issue with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Without going into the details, I was placed in the position of spending a lot of my time trying to convince RMV that they had made a computer error. The RMV procedures for resolving my kind of issue were not very customer friendly, to say the least.

In my frustration, I called Rep. Mark’s office just to “vent”, and was pleasantly surprised to have them intercede and resolve my problem in a matter of hours.
