I am sick of the NRA and gun owners saying some mystical liberal mob wants to take all guns away from law-abiding citizens. What needs to be enacted is a law that the manufacture and distribution of automatic action guns are strictly limited to the armed forces.
There is NO need for a hunter or private citizen to buy or own an AK-47. Nowhere does the Second Amendment state citizens have the right to bear semi- or fully-automatic guns because they’re fun to play with. These gun we’re designed for one purpose only — to kill as many human beings as possible, as quickly as possible.
Any man, woman or child who calls themselves a “sportsman” must be the most pathetic shot ever if they need that kind of machinery to hunt or protect their home.
Please give up the slippery slope mind set and allow sensible gun legislation. Stop letting the NRA and gun manufacturers rule you with scare tactics. They care about one thing only — their profit margins!
