SHELBURNE — With 119 ballots cast, the Shelburne town election has come to a close, with one planning board seat ending in a tie.

The contested three-year Planning Board seat had one vote each for two write-in candidates: William Seibert and Jeff Johansmeyer. According to Town Clerk Judd, both men will be contacted to see if either of them would like to serve on the board.

Andrew Baker of 38 Mechanic St. has been re-elected as Selectman for three years with 100 votes.

Alan Coutinho of 406 Taylor Road has been re-elected as Assessor for three years with 111 votes.

Joseph Judd of 261 Skinner Road was re-elected as Town Clerk for a year with 111 votes.

Maureen Pike of 95 Mechanic St. was re-elected to her seat as Town Collector for three years with 114 votes.

Sylvia Smith of 142 Zerah Fiske Road was re-elected as Moderator for a year, gaining 110 votes.

Sherry Clark of 124 Taylor Road and Allison Allen of 10 Carpenter Road have both been re-elected as Shelburne Free Public Library Trustees for three years. Clark received 107 votes and Allen received 101.

Allan Stevenson of 42 Dragon Hill Road was re-elected as Planning Board member for five years with 103 votes.

Rod McBride received 12 votes, winning the Recreation Committee seat for five years. William Seibert received one vote and Kevin McBride received two. All names were write-ins.

Stefan Topolski won the Recreation Committee for a four-year unexpired term with 18 votes. William Seibert, Kevin McBride and Julie Dubriel each received one vote. All candidates for this position were write-ins.

Diana Hardin was voted to a two-year unexpired term for the Recreation Committee with 20 votes. Rod McBride and Willima Seibert each received one vote. All candidates voted for were write-ins.

Rita M. Maccini of 152 Frank Williams Road was re-elected to the Housing Authority for five years with 96 votes.

Jacqueline Gens of 37 Highland Village won a one-year unexpired term at the Housing Authority with 106 votes.

James Richardson of 349 Bardwells Ferry Road was re-elected as Tree Warden for a year with 95 votes.
