Steve Kramer, a My Turn contributor, writes and I quote: “Thoughts and prayers are no longer enough. Thoughts and actions have to proactively target the guns. If we could do it with alcohol, it’s time to do it with the guns.”
So, what have we done with alcohol? Make it the number one killer of young people; far exceeding the death count from guns. If saving our young is the issue, then a proactive target against booze should take priority, shouldn’t it?
