When I first realized Caroline Ness understood that the most viable foundations for the long-term economic sustainability of our communities is rooted in protecting farmland, local businesses and our environment, learning from what other communities have accomplished by meeting and talking with their leaders, and renewable energy infrastructure that saves hundreds of thousands of dollars for the town in heating, cooling and electricity costs, and that she had been advocating for all of these things for years, I got that she had a vision for the town of Deerfield that I want to support.
Another of her supporters put it best when he said: “She has demonstrated her unequivocal commitment to the welfare of our town. She exudes compassion, selflessness and sincerity. So, don’t forget to re-elect her on Monday, May 7.
