We have received yet another letter from Baystate Franklin Medical Center outlining how they are bargaining in good faith and how the nurses are being unreasonable.
Does Baystate realize that this community loves and supports the nurses? Most of us have been patients or accompanied patients at BFMC over the years. The nurses are kind, caring, informed and professional. They are our neighbors, friends and family. They care for us and we support them.
Does Baystate know how disrespectful it is to post nurses’ salaries? Perhaps they can show their goodwill by posting management’s salaries as well.
Who should we believe: the nurses and their concern for their patients or the corporation that is spending millions to try to break the union?
