CONWAY — A body was discovered in the vicinity of Conway Station Road Thursday. Foul play is not expected.
The incident was an unattended death, and a Massachusetts State Police detective unit was called to the scene, according to Northwestern District Attorney spokeswoman Mary Carey.
Conway Station Road, a dead-end road next to a gorge, was closed for over an hour in the afternoon. The Western Massachusetts Technical Rescue Team also responded to the scene while a firefighter blocked the entrance to the road.
