GREENFIELD — The All Souls Unitarian Universalist church will hold a talk on “Shocking and Inhumane: On Health Care Inequality and the Need for Social Justice” at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 28.
The conversation will be based on the cost of health care in the country and what people can do about it locally.
Speaking first will be Dr. Steve Martin, a primary care physician and visiting Professor of Social Medicine at the Harvard Medical School.
At noon, eldercare lobbyist and Greenfield resident Al Norman will lead a community dialogue on what local activists can do to protect and improve Medicare and Medicaid.
