SHELBURNE FALLS — The Shelburne Highway Department will be collecting Christmas trees in the village on Monday, Jan. 8, beginning at 7 a.m. weather permitting. Please place your trees curbside.
Rural residents may dispose of their trees by bringing them to the town garage site on Colrain-Shelburne Road.
ASHFIELD — A reminder that any overnight parking on the streets is prohibited until April 1 in Ashfield.
Town rules say it is unlawful for any vehicle, except in an emergency, to be parked on a street for more than one hour between 11 p.m. and 8 am. Any vehicle parked illegally shall be towed and the owners held responsible for towing charges.

Shelburne Town Clerk Joseph Judd’s new email is:
townclerk@townofshelburnema.gov.
In the village, Judd serves as town clerk for all residents who live between Route 2 and Deerfield River, ending at the Iron Bridge.
Buckland Town Clerk Janice Purington’s new email address is:
She serves all Buckland residents, including those living in the Buckland portion of Shelburne Falls, above the Deerfield River, along State Street, Conway Street and beyond.
