In the Aug. 8 edition of the Recorder, an AP story said: A man accused of stabbing a nurse multiple times at a hospital has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial.
I would think that a man mentally competent to stab a nurse multiple times for a cause is mentally competent to stand trial and sit in jail for a spell.
