Megan L. Perea, 21, of East River Street, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a cue ball, but continued without a finding until 12/19/17, with victim-witness assessment of $90. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must stay away from a specified bar. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a drinking glass, involving a second person from the one involved in the previous count, but continued without a finding until 12/19/17, with the same conditions as in the previous count. Charge of disturbing the peace, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Vila Noeun, 27, of Amherst. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, but continued without a finding until 6/19/18 with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victim’s assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation, and speeding in violation of special regulation. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Mike G. Koucoules, 52, of Sandrah Drive, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit a bat amended down from assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, the bat, but continued without a finding until 12/19/17, with victim-witness assessment of $90, and must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact with a named person. Charge of disturbing the peace, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Brian R. Legare, 32, of Pleasant Street, Athol. Charges of breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, and larceny over $250 were both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth, but with no prejudice.

Carigan N. Wypych, 21, of Fieldstone Drivel, Orange. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for no license in possession.

Frank A. Cacciolfi, 46, of West Main Street, Orange. Charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a shod foot, was not prosecuted as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, (this is) in the interest of justice.

Greenfield, June 21, Judge Patrick Sabbs

Matthew Potter, 32, of Turner Street, Lake Pleasant section of Montague. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin. Bail set at $100 cash, or $1,000 surety. Advised of right to drug examination. Continued to 7/17/17 for pretrial conference.

Sequawm S. Smith, 32, of X Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin. Placed on probation until 6/20/18, with straight administrative probation. Charge of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine. Dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Kayla T. Helmes, 25, of Third Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, and malicious destruction of property under $250 value. Released on personal recognizance, continued to 8/8/17 for pretrial conference.

Shawna Hale, 35, of Riddell Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a blunt object, assault and battery, and assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, the blunt object. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no abuse of the alleged victim. Continued to 8/7/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Clinton W. Jackson, 56, of Hoosac Road, South Deerfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 12/21/17 for leaving the scene of property damage, and must have no driving during that time. Placed on pretrial probation until 12/21/17 for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Charge of intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Bail of $200 was ordered forfeited.

Lisa M. Divoll, 49, of Amherst. Charge of being a sex offender failing to register in Greenfield by state police. Bail set at $100 cash. Continued to 7/21/17 for pretrial conference.

Joevani Pagan, 25, of Springfield. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and failure to wear a seat belt in Whately by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 9/1/17 for pretrial conference.

Raeline Phelps, 53, of Camp Avenue, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine with intent to distribute, subsequent offense, and trafficking in 18 grams or more, or less than 36 grams, of cocaine. Bail set at $50,000 cash or $500,000 suret. Continued to 7/13/17 for bind over hearing.

John A. Riendeau, 52, of Warwick Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to four charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, four charges of intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, and one charge of criminal harassment. Ordered held for dangerousness hearing. Continued to 8/29/17 for pretrial conference.

Steven A. Bergeron, 29, of Elm Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault, threatening to commit a crime, to wit, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official. James J. Lyons, 28, of Jaffrey, N.H. Pleaded innocent to violation of state highway traffic regulations, possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, and possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine in Greenfield by state police.
