Jose A. Gomez, 55, of Bronx, N.Y. Charges of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, from the state of New York, and unlicensed/suspended operation of a motor vehicle permit, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and possessing a Class E drug, to wit, oxycodone in Greenfield by state police were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has issued an arrest warrant charging the subject with a violation of the conditions of his probation. Federal authorities are seeking the defendant’s return to New York, and the defendant has signed a waiver of extradition and has agreed to be returned. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has agreed to dismiss this complaint in order to expedite and facilitate the defendant’s return.

Must take the 14-day inpatient program, and pay the fee of $1,050, and take any after-care recommended. Placed on probation until 6/5/19, and must have no alcohol, and subject to screens.
