Kevin Rose, 45, of Brattleboro, Vt. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, with intent to distribute, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police. Amended down from trafficking in 100 grams or more, or less than 200 grams, of heroin/morphine/opium. Sentenced to two-years in the house of correction, with credit for time served.
