WARWICK — There will be no contests on the Warwick election ballot this year, with nine candidates coming forward for 11 positions.
The candidates, who are all incumbents, are:
James Erviti for one vacancy on the Selectboard with a three-year term.
Rosa Fratangelo for town clerk with a three-year term.
Ann Kendall for one vacancy on the Board of Assessors with a three-year term.
Helen Whipple for one vacancy on the Board of Health with a three-year term.
Brian Peters for constable with a three-year term.
Fredericka Fellows and Elaine Reardon for two vacancies on the Warwick Free Public Library Trustees with three-year terms.
David Koester for one vacancy on the Transfer Station Commission with a three-year term.
Sharon Matthews for tree warden with a one-year term.
There are two additional positions for which there are no nominated candidates: one two-year term on the Board of Health and one three-year term as cemetery commissioner. Voters will need to write in their votes. If no one is elected, individuals will be appointed by the Selectboard.
The election is set for May 15.
