SHELBURNE FALLS — Local bookseller and author Nancy Dole will present a visual history of Shelburne Falls following the meeting of the Shelburne Falls Area Women’s Club Wednesday, April 12.
Dole will be joined by Marion Taylor, who will talk about the Bridge of Flowers, and Polly Bartlett, who will tell about the history of the Trolley. Wednesday’s presentation will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Shelburne-Buckland Community Center. It is free and open to the public.
The program follows the regular meeting of the women’s club, which begins with a social time at 6:30 p.m. A brief business meeting will begin at 7. Members, guests and anyone interested in becoming a member of the club are particularly invited to the social time and business meetings.
