Placed on pretrial probation until 9/29/17 for negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation, and violation of state highway traffic regulations. Timothy A. Mallette, Admitted to sufficient facts for assault on a police officer, amended from assault and battery on the officer, but continued without a finding until 3/30/18, and must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing. Charge of assault and battery on family/household member, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the victim has asserted a Fifth (Amendment) and without his testimony we can’t proceed.
