Brandon C. Davis, 33, of Gardner. Charge of operating with suspended registration, in Greenfield, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for no license in possession and miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, failure to obey traffic control signals.
Emma J. Fydenkevez, 20, of Christian Lane, Whately. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and no inspection sticker, in Deerfield by state police, were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by District Attorney David E. Sullivan, that the defendant has successfully completed the Northwestern District Attorney’s Drug Diversion and Treatment Program.

Mary E. Methot, 54, of Pelham. Found innocent following a jury trial for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on a motion for required finding that was allowed. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation, and speeding.
