Found not responsible for no license in possession and miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, failure to obey traffic control signals.
Emma J. Fydenkevez, 20, of Christian Lane, Whately. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and no inspection sticker, in Deerfield by state police, were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by District Attorney David E. Sullivan, that the defendant has successfully completed the Northwestern District Attorney’s Drug Diversion and Treatment Program.
