CONWAY — The town is now accepting applications for its Mark Boice Germain and Mildred Boice Germain Fund, a scholarship for deserving undergraduate and graduate students.
To qualify, applicants need to have lived in Conway for at least two years. Students who’ve received the scholarship in the past can apply again this year.
An information sheet notes that “the applicant’s need, character, scholastic ability, integrity and civic involvement will be considered in granting awards. Any awards made shall be contingent upon the applicant’s acceptance into the educational program designated, either as a college undergraduate or graduate student.”
The application deadline is April 14. The scholarships are administered, and will be given, by the Selectboard. For more information as to where to find and send an application and what else needs to be sent visit the town’s website.
