Nigin R. Gunter, 24, of Hartford, Conn. Charge of being a fugitive from justice, on a court warrant from the state of Connecticut for narcotic violation, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant has been placed in custody of officials from Connecticut.

Pleaded guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield, sentenced to one-year in the house of correction, direct, and concurrent with sentence in another case. Pleaded guilty to charges of leaving the scene of property damage, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended license for operating under the influence of liquor, sentenced on both to one-year in the house of correction, direct, and concurrent with count one. Found not responsible for speeding.
