Washington, D.C. — Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, will serve as the Ranking Member on the Financial Institutions and Consumer Protection Subcommittee.

“I look forward to serving as Ranking Member on the Financial Institutions and Consumer Protection Subcommittee, and I will keep fighting to protect families in Massachusetts and across the country from predatory practices and bad financial actors,” Warren said

Warren will also serve on the Economic Policy Subcommittee and the Securities, Insurance and Investment Subcommittee.

The announcement was made Tuesday by Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Chairman Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, and Ranking Member Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio.
