I thought that the illegality of the extra-constitutional nullification of Federal Laws by state or local ordinance had been settled by the American Civil War.
The willful and active disregard and circumvention of federal law, the refusal of legally constituted state and local authorities to obey and enforce Federal law is simply sedition and treason.
It has to end.
