Leyden church craft fair today

LEYDEN — Leyden United Methodist Church is holding a craft and vendor fair today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Leyden Town Hall.

The fair will feature a bake sale, raffle and lunch, with proceeds benefiting the church.

Bernardston author, historian at South Gallery today

BERNARDSTON — Bernardston historian and author James Gildea will be selling copies of his new book “The Journey Home: Diary of a Small American Town — Fact, Fantasy and Folklore” for $20 each at 11 South Gallery today from 1 to 4 p.m.

Gildea is willing to answer questions about the book and sign copies upon request.
