Kelley M. Smith, 46, of Main Street, Athol. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage, and marked lanes violation, have yet to be processed.

Admitted to sufficient facts for trespassing in Orange, different date from previous case, but continued without a finding until 7/6/17, must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, must take and complete the restorative probation program, and observe a curfew of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Admitted to sufficient facts for resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, but continued without a finding until 7/10/17 with same conditions as in count one, plus a victim witness assessment of $50 on the resisting arrest charge. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
