Thomas Carpenter, 55, of Claremont, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, and unregistered motor vehicle, in Greenfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/9/16 for pretrial conference.
Robin L. Shafer, 28, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fined $50. Charge of vandalizing property, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, it is in the interest of justice.

Pleaded guilty to a second charge of assault and battery, sentenced to the same conditions as in the previous count and concurrent with that count. Second charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a baby bottle, another assault and battery charge, and a charge of intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
