Undecided voters might ask if current regulations are working.
Have they decreased marijuana use by underage youth?
Have they generated funding to drug education and addiction programs?
Have they provided tax dollars to reduce medical costs for state residents?
Have they controlled marijuana distribution from non-taxpaying gangs and illegal crime groups?
Answer to all these questions is “No.” Voting “Yes” on Question 4 just makes sense.
