WENDELL — The presidential election will be held on Nov. 8. Today is last day to register to vote, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. in the Town Clerk’s Office. On election day, the polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
If a resident is unable to vote in person on Nov. 8, there is an option of voting absentee.
Registered voters can vote absentee if they are not in town during normal polling hours, or if they have a religious belief or physical disability that prevents them for getting to the polls. If you need to vote absentee, you must first complete an Absentee Ballot application before noon on Nov. 7.
