Marissa “Missy” Mlotek of New York, N.Y., was married Sept. 4, 2016, to Zach Schonbrun of New York, N.Y.
The wedding took place at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, N.J. A reception followed at the Crystal Plaza.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, officiated. Rabbi Avram Mlotek also officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Audrey and Mark Mlotek of New York, N.Y.
The groom is the son of Julie Schonbrun and Dr. Roy A. Schonbrun of Greenfield.
The bride graduated from New Rochelle High School in 2005 and graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University in Waltham in 2009. She is a New York-based technology consultant.
The groom graduated from Taft School in Watertown, Conn. in 2005 and from Syracuse University in 2009. He earned a masters degree in journalism from Columbia University in New York. He is a freelance reporter covering Sports and Business for the New York Times.
The couple took a honeymoon to Hawaii and Napa, Calif.
The bride will use the name Marissa Schonbrun.
