Ashfield

Sanderson Academy is offering its ninth annual Sanderson Local Goods Catalog featuring skills, services and talents of folks in this region, with a percentage of sales going back to the school. This year it features more than 50 farms, artisans and restaurants. Every item sold donates at least 20 percent, and some upwards of 100 percent, back to the Sanderson Parent-Teacher Organization.

Many enrichment activities are funded through the catalog sales. The deadline for orders is Oct. 14. On Nov. 19, Sanderson Academy hosts a distribution day at the school, a fun-filled event where you pick up your Local Goods orders and enjoy a pancake breakfast or a free ice cream social. Catalog can be viewed at www.ashfieldlocalgoods.com.
