SUNDERLAND — There’s space in the town office building, and town officials are looking to fill it.
According to Town Administrator Sherry Patch said the town is accepting proposals to lease 1,400 square feet of office space in the Sunderland Town Office Building located at 12 School St.
The lease is for five years, and preference will be given to nonprofit organizations or for public purposes that will benefit the community. The town is looking for a lessee who’ll use the space “for purposes compatible” with the town’s use as municipal offices.
